M emetech has won a tender (12 international companies have participated) in Nigeria. Last October Memetech has been awarded for the creation of an integrated system (hardware, software and professional services) to allow the ECOWAS Custom Agency to improve the whole management of the 2 new Border Post between Ghana and Togo and between Nigeria and Benin. The Transport Programme oversees the implementation of multimodal transport infrastructure and policies to promote physical cohesion among Member States and to facilitate the movement of persons, goods and services within the Community with special emphasis on increased access to island and land-locked countries.
